Shipping

At Cool Guys, we like to keep it simple. Ordering, shipping, and receiving without the hassle. Below you will find everything you need to know. Any questions? Let us know — we are here for you!

Where do you deliver?

All over the world, but sometimes not entirely automatically via the website. Is your country not listed at checkout? Don't worry. There is a good chance that we can still help you. Send your order + details to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

Who do you ship with?

We only work with reliable parcel services so that your package arrives safely and quickly. Think of PostNL and DHL.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace link from us. This allows you to easily track your order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We understand that you don't want to wait. That is why we do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible.

  • In stock? Usually shipped within two working days
  • Special products? Then it may take a little longer

The current delivery time is always listed on the product page. Ordering multiple items? Then we will ship everything at once as soon as your order is complete. Prefer separate shipping? Please send us a message.

Can you pick up your order?

Certainly! You can choose to pick up in Vianen during checkout — completely free. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Entered the wrong address?
It happens! Please contact us by phone as soon as possible (+31347-234 460). If your package isn't on its way yet, we will simply adjust it for you.

Package not arrived yet?

Check your track & trace first. Still nothing or is something wrong? Let us know, and we'll look into it.

Damaged package?
That's a bummer… but we'll resolve it properly with you. Here are the steps:

  • Do you see damage upon receipt? Have the delivery driver note this down immediately. This helps with filing a damage claim.
  • Always report it within 5 days via [email protected]. After this period, we cannot guarantee compensation, as we can no longer recover the damages from the carrier.
  • Please include the following information:
    Your order number + delivery date
    Photos of the box (incl. label)
    Photos of the product
    Any additional info

As soon as we receive your notification, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution.

Returns

Not quite what you were looking for? No stress. You have 30 days to return your order (or part of it).

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can. As long as the product:

  • Is unused
  • Is undamaged
  • Is not a custom-made or personalized item

How do I return something?

Very simple:

Email us at [email protected] (with your order number + reason), put your order number in the package (e.g. invoice or packing slip), pack everything neatly in the original packaging, and send it to:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense (unless we made a mistake).

Tip: send it by registered mail, as you are responsible for ensuring the package arrives with us.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
